Audition Rotations
Thank you for your interest in our program. Valley Hospital Medical Center is following the recommendations of the Coalition for Physician Accountability and like recommendations made by several organizations. We regret to inform you that in following these recommendations, VHMC will not be accepting visiting trainees during the 2020-2021 academic year. We know this is going to be a very trying year for everyone given the continued prevalence of COVID-19 in our communities. We hope that everyone stays safe and healthy.
We are now offering audition rotations to PGY 2 and 3 Internal Medicine residents. Please complete the Audition Rotation Application form and email it to Kelly.Oshaughnessy@uhsinc.com. It is important to plan well ahead because an agreement with your GME program is required as well as obtaining a training license from the State of Nevada.
Fellowship Application
All medicine sub-specialty fellowship applications must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Visit the ERAS Fellowships Documents Office website and follow directions regarding submitting the required documents. We will review all ERAS applications and contact qualified applicants in the early Fall. Interviews will be conducted throughout the Fall season.
