Salary and Benefits
Residents will receive benefits subject to the same conditions applicable to hospital exempt employees and the terms and conditions of the hospital’s current benefit plans and/or policies. Unless otherwise specified, all benefits will be effective on the 31st day of employment. Benefits may be unilaterally modified by the hospital at the discretion of the hospital administration.
